DAVID D. KORMAN CPM, has been employed by South East since August of 1978. After a series of promotions during the years of his employment, in 1991 David became the sole owner and president of the company. In 1992 CMB Properties was purchased and became a part of South East. While employed with South East, David obtained the Certified Property Manager designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management. Prior to working at South East, he spent one year based in Richmond, Virginia with a multi-family development and management company, handling existing complexes and opening offices for new properties, with involvement in tenant relations, property rehabilitation, budgeting, owner relations, preventive maintenance, and marketing. He received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Campbell University. David, through South East, is currently a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.

1. CENTRAL CAROLINA BANK BUILDING - A downtown high rise office building consisting of 100,000 sq. ft. We assist CCB which occupies 75% of the building with all phases of management including leasing space.
2. SOUTH SQUARE CORPORATE CENTRE - A mid-rise office park consisting of Bldg. One (60,000 sq. ft.) and Bldg. Two (60,000 sq. ft. ) with two more buildings planned. Buildings Three and Four will be 38,250 s.f. and 54,000 s.f. respectively, with a total of 212,250 s.f. for the total complex upon completion. Located next to South Square Mall, South Durham.
3. FAIRWAY GREENS - An office park consisting of the Southland Building (40,000 s.f.) and the Fairway Building (7,000 s.f.). This property involves all phases of office building management and is located on Croasdaile Dr., facing Interstate 85, in Durham, N.C.
4. THE CORCORAN STREET BUILDING - A downtown mid rise office building consisting of 15,000 sq. ft. This property involves all phases of office building management including cooperation with other portions of the building managed by the owner.
5. IBM COASTAL EMPLOYEES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION BUILDING - A 10,350 s.f. two story office building on the corner of University Drive and Shannon Road. Assist owner who is a partial occupant with all phases of management of the property.
6. MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING - A 15,000 s.f. two-story medical building near Brightleaf Square in Durham. We assist owner-occupants with all phases of management of the property.
7. CRABTREE GREEN - An office condominium park consisting of 13,000 s.f. where we manage office space for owners of condominiums and also manage the business condominium association. Activities include all phases of office building management and association management working with tenants, all owners and the association's board of directors.
8. EXECUTIVE PARK - A 17,500 s.f. suburban office park consisting of five buildings. Special duties included a revitalization, due to deferred maintenance problems consisting of a remodeling project of the grounds, and the exterior and interior of the buildings. Located near South Square Mall.
9. WOODBRIDGE VILLAS ASSOCIATES - A townhome association located in South Durham, off Hope Valley Road. Duties include supervising and performing most of association's responsibilities at the direction of the association's board of directors.
10. STONEWOOD APARTMENTS - A 100 unit apartment community in North Durham near North Duke Mall. This project has required dealing with some latent defects due to construction and also involvement with special HUD regulations due to an F.H.A. mortgage on the property. We handled this project all during lease up.
11. CHAMBERS RIDGE APARTMENTS - A 102 unit apartment community in Carrboro, N.C. Handled all aspects of set up of new leasing office and lease up of project. Also assisted developer with construction inspections to determine completion of apartments and buildings.
12. GREYSON'S GREEN RECREATIONAL ASSOCIATION - A recreational community association where we assist members with collections, accounting, financial duties and operation of their facilities.
13. VANTAGE POINTE RECREATIONAL ASSOCIATION - A recreational community association where we assist members with collections, accounting, financial duties and operation of their facilities.
14. HARDSCRABBLE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION - A single family home recreational community association. We assist members with collections, accounting and financial duties in addition to supervision of club maintenance.
15. FALCONBRIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION - A townhome association located off highway 54 near interstate 40, between Chapel Hill and Durham. Duties include supervising and performing most of association's responsibilities at the direction of the association's board of directors.
MAUREEN SCHELL has been employed by South East as a property manager since August of 1996. Prior to joining South East, Maureen worked for nine and half years in residential real estate with Southland Associates and Fonville Morisey Realty. She attended Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia and Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
